Bypassing school Filters and blocks
We’ll heres the theory, untested as yet, although my lovely assistant lauren is going to try it out for me (possibly with the help of tom).
Using a proxy through a web browser you should in theory avoid filters imposed on a network such as school, uni or an office, which blocking sites like myspace hotmail and gmail, allowing you to view them anyway, because they have a different web address and that is usually what the filters go on.
Go to this site:
And enter the blocked site which you wish to view, then the site should open up and at the top some options and a address bar and bob’s your uncle myspace works.
Another nice long list of proxys here.
Heres a few more proxys, if one doesnt work or is blocked on your network try another, or google “web based proxy”
**You do this at your own risk, im just advising, if you get fired or banned from your school or work network then its your own fault.**
my school blocked not only myspace but proxies as well.

ok if you want a proxy that works try http://www.mathcookbook.com …. if not google proxy and u can find them around. They probably won’t all be blocked

yeah my school didnt only just blocked myspace..but it also blocked proxys…and ii need to know how to bypass them?!

Are all proxies blocked? There maybe some that arnt, just a case of trying a few different ones.

stupid sytem blocked every single proxy there is. i’d try http://www.radio-farda.com and type in myspace or w/e and it will log u in…yeah….. weird shit is blocked in our system n it sux

Its all depends on how strict your network filters are, some may only block certain proxies, others will block all proxies.

it dosent matter the computer administrators block the web sites or proxys that you use after u use them so the same one wont work twice

here is the sitch: I was always the one who told people all the back routes hell I’ve even done a little hacking but I can only do so much without getting caought and they find more way to block us out everyday anything that has the name proxy in it is blocked anything with Myspace in the name is blocked and anything with anonymous in the name is blocked and now I’m screwed oh yeah and by the way most of New Haven’s administrator cache is root (all lower case)
so yeah help please

It did let me go to openshadow, BUT Myspace didn’t show up right and when I tried to log in, it blocked me. So that’s a no-go for Myspace using openshadow.

the sites above worked at one time or another…its just that too many people are trying to bypass the blocks, using the same sites, and then those sites are getting banned. The reason that blogs and myspace are banned in the first place is because whomever it is that checks through the system decided that too many kids were visiting the site and that person may have seen something that they didn’t like. its the same reason for facebook being blocked when that is based around the schools. all i am trying to say is when you do find a connection, besure to keep it too yourself rather then tell the entire school because chances are that it will get blocked too… and proxy or anything that involves that word are automatically banned from school sites due to the fact that it allows kids to bypass their stupid system..so if you are looking for something find a site without such word…when i find something i will let you know.

yea my school uses bess and they custem blocked every thing but the sites the teachers use, there was i site i used for a while called stop the sign it has about 6 prxys that should work. if some one could get a bybass name and password for bess u should be fin for like a hour then u need to try it again but if u do it alot they might keep you of the comp. i need one of these codes
